The Africa Agriculture and Trade Investment Fund SA. SICAV-SIF” (AATIF) is a closed-ended investment company, organized under the laws of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is exempt from the scope of the AIFM law pursuant to article 2 (2) c. Only Eligible Investors may invest in AATIF-Shares or Notes respectively.

In respect of the United States of America, Canada, Japan or Australia or any other jurisdiction in which the distribution, offer, sale, transfer or resale would be prohibited by applicable law, no investment in notes/shares or other instruments of the Fund can be offered or made.

Daniel Cremer

Daniel Cremer is an investment professional with more than 15 years of experience in structured finance, private credit, and impact investing, with a strong focus on SME financing in emerging markets, particularly in Africa.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Cremer Consult & Capital, a corporate finance and strategic advisory firm focused on SME investments in Africa. He previously held roles at AfricInvest Private Credit, ING Bank, and Commerzbank.

He earned a diploma degree in Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.

He serves on the boards of SMEs in Africa as well as emerging market–focused investment funds.
